Enterprise Consulting completes IFS Production Planning Process Review for Young Innovations

Enterprise Consulting performed a review of current business processes with company employees at two Young Innovations sites: Young Dental In Earth City, MO and Microbrush in Grafton, WI. The Output was the creation of a full set of work instructions for all aspects of IFS use. Where appropriate, process improvements were made and documented. We also improved the basic Shop Order processes at both locations. In addition, we recommended items to be implemented at a later date, including custom events and RMB's which would allow the user easier access to data through the system to carry out their daily work and routines. Beyond that we installed, configured, and implemented IFS Demand Planner (Server and Client).
